At Cybertronic, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns, only exchanges.

To initiate an exchange, you may contact us through WhatsApp at +971 or through Instagram at @Cybertronicllc with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

In the event of an exchange, any price difference between the original item and the new item will be either charged or deducted as applicable. A flat fee of 15 AED will also be applied to cover the cost of processing the exchange.

Exchanges are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that the item you request will be in stock. If the item you request is not available, we will offer a store credit or alternative item.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that do not meet our return criteria, including items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
